For single day adventures, such as our one day raft and flightsee or our half day glacier hikes, we take a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable for any reason prior to the day of your trip.

For multi-day rafting trips and multi-sport adventures, we take a $500 per person deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before your trip begins. We accept payment by credit card, personal check or traveler's check.

If written notice of cancellation is received 30 days or more before departure of the trip, a refund of your advanced payment less $200 per person will be made, as long as Copper Oar, LLC has not incurred any non-refundable booking costs associated with portions of a custom trip. If you cancel less than 30 days, you will forfeit $500.00 plus any non-refundable booking costs incurred by Copper Oar, LLC. This cancellation policy covers any and all reasons for canceling participation in the expedition, including accidents, illness, weather, and acts of nature. No refunds will be given due to bad weather prior or during your expedition.
